Entering Muzzle Velocity

The muzzle velocity of 1508 m/s is entered via the Projectile Basics tab.

Note that in this case the velocity of 1501 m/s is grayed out and can not be changed. This value is locked. To unlock the value double click on the caption Muzzle Velocity. Choose Unlock and then enter the test muzzle velocity, 1508.
