The force is applied when the time is between 1 and 2 seconds AND when the roll angle is between +/-15 degrees.  The output of the two lookup tables are thus merged with a multiplier to provide the AND function.  When either function is false (or 0) the result is 0.  When both are true (or 1) the result is 1.

1. Select the Multiplier icon
2. Click on the diagram to place the Multiplier. To keep consistant with our pictures, you can choose the fifth column in the forth row.
3. Connect both lookup tables to the multiplier
