| Empirical Interior Ballistics |
The Empirical Interior Ballistics is derived from reduced live fire data. This method works well for a near optimum propellant and ignitor, therefore it provides good estimates of what can be achieved from a given gun/ammunition combination. The analysis produces an estimate of the projectile muzzle velocity via closed form computations
