Open Mass Properties under the Analysis Menu.

Click on the Calc Mass Props button to run the Mass Properties analysis which calculates baseline values used for analysis based on the projectile model parameters defined in the model editor. Examine the following:

• The Projectile Mass and Axial Inertia are on the Flying Projectile tab.
• The Rotating Band geometry is displayed on the Formatted Results tab.
• Since our model has a propellant component the propellant mass and propellant volume (chamber volume) are on the Supplemental Properties tab as shown below.
