| Placement of the first Yaw Card |
To determine the placement of the first Yaw Card for each design the following suggestions should be followed.
1. Placement of the first yaw card should be at a distance that the muzzle blast or sabot (if present) discard will not harm the card.
2. If possible place the 1st Yaw card at the first Maximum Yaw point or a peak in the yaw cycle. Both of these points can be determined by either plotting the down range motion (see prior section) or from the Stability Output section.
