All of the Trajectory codes (except 4DOF) have the ability to generate trajectory motion that
can then be visualized in the 3D visuallizer.
For this example, we will use the 6DOF trajectory.
- Go back to the main PRODAS window and launch the 6DOF trajectory. Click on
- Now go to the second tab Output Setup
- In the Low Res Plot Interval frame, change the value for Time to 0.001
- Change the Save 3D data ? from NONE to Low Res
- We need something to look at so go to the third tab Initial Conditions
- In the Projectile Angles and Rates frame, change the value for Initial Pitch Rate and Initial Yaw Rate to 10.0 rad/sec
- Now go back to the first tab Setup / Run
- Click on the Run 6DOF Trajectory button
You now have a trajectory ready for visualization
