| Moving Body Fixed Aeros from Spinner Model |
Contraj and Contraj7DOF use the aeros in the "Fin Aeros" table available in the "Aero Prediction (Finner)" analysis. It is also available as the "Fin Alone" table in "Aero Direct Input".
The "Fin Aeros" table summarizes the aero state of the fins and body separately. As mentioned earlier, the fin values column headings have the suffix _f# where # is the fin set number. The Body alone aeros end in B. The values include Axial Drag, Normal Force Derivative, Center of Pressure, Roll Moment (Per Degree), roll damping, and damping factors.
In this section we will be populating the Body alone aeros with the Spinner Basic aeros that we calculated with the initial spinner round.
Please open the model that was previously saved with the Spinner Body fixed Aeros.
In this section we will copy, paste and lock the 5 columns of Spinner Body Fixed Aeros that we had previously saved into our model with the forward canards. The following specify what we will be copying and pasting.
