In looking at the picture of the lumped parameter model on the previous slide, there are several areas where the density of nodes is quite high. Therefore, the following changes will be made by editing the node definition table:

• Delete nodes 2 and 3
• Delete nodes 6 and 7
• Delete nodes 14 and 15
• Delete nodes 19, 20 and 21
• Delete nodes 25 and 26
• Delete nodes 32

Complete rows in a table can be deleted by selecting the row and hitting the delete key.
