Let's start at the Analysis Subroutine.

Our example is very modular to make it easy for you to understand the interface.

We typically code our analysis routine with four submodules

• InConvert - converts PRODAS variables into local variables
• Engine - in this case "Trajectory" or "Trajectory in vacuum"
• OutConvert - copies local variables into the interface common variables
• TextOutput - produces the text file output
