As shown below, to open the Data Manager:

• Open PRODAS V3.
• Click on "Tools" in the toolbar.
• Find Data Manager on the list of tools and click on it.

When any of the SDK tools are opened there is a brief wait since so much data is being loaded. Each tool has its own splash screen which displays while it is working. The following is the Data Manager's splash screen.
