The PRODAS Muzzle Exit analysis module provides the user with an accurate and reliable means for estimating the dispersion of a wide variety of projectile designs when assessed at short range. It considers bullet-barrel interface parameters of primary importance to projectile designers and manufacturers, and when used properly, provides an unbiased dispersion comparison among competing projectile designs. Thus, the expected dispersion performance of various designs can be easily compared and only those with acceptable performance can be committed to manufacture.
