| Nose Roll Rate |
This is a zoomed in look at the despun nose Spin vs. Time. The nose canard's roll cant and roll damping despin the nose and balance out the bearing friction. At 3 seconds the canards deploy, and the torque required to keep the nose at a zero spin rate relative to the earth axis is generated based on the increased bearing friction due to the lift generated by the deployed canards.
