Please populate the "Fin Control Data as follows.

In the Fin Control Data we have told CONTRAJ to deploy the forward set of canards at 1-degree total cant at 3 seconds TOF. This is the time of event 1 defined in the previous slide. The cant is increased to 5-degrees over the next 7 seconds and then hold that cant until after impact.
