Add Canard Component

To add the forward "Canard Component" do the following as highlighted in the screen capture below:

Click on the Assembly. It is very important to click on the appropriate section of the model before adding anything. New items are added under the selected item.
Click on the "Add Comp" button
Enter the new Component's name. In this case use "Forward Canard"
Click "OK"

The screen capture below shows the model with the initial Forward Canard component.
