Lets return to our example and run a trajectory on our model with the flight control system turned off and using the totally automatic noninteractive interface to run the analysis.

Go back to the Setup Tab and uncheck the "FCS Turned On?" checkbox. This turns off the flight control resulting in a ballistic trajectory. Then click the "Execute Analysis" button to execute a ballistic (unguided) trajectory. This action causes the following to occur:

• MATLAB opens
• Input data is passed to MATLAB from PRODAS
• The simulation is run
• Data is returned to PRODAS
• MATLAB closes

Note that a message box has opened that asks you to click OK when MATLAB closes. Watch the MATLAB icon on the taskbar and click OK when MATLAB closes and the MATLAB icon is no longer on the taskbar. Clicking OK in the message box alerts PRODAS that the simulation is complete so it can retrieve the results.
