Both the "Setup" and "Trade Studies" tab have the same execution block for running the analysis. As mentioned earlier the analysis is run in MATLAB. PRODAS supplies both traditional program inputs as well as any previously stored MATLAB modeling for the projectile. PRODAS can also display and store the analysis results.

The execution can be handled totally automatically with the click of a button or it can be done manually giving the user the option to tailor their project in MATLAB and simulink. The modes are described in the next two pages.
